At OnePackageTracking.shop, we offer real-time tracking through a paid API. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund under these conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Invalid tracking numbers

  • No tracking info after payment

  • Duplicate charges

Request Deadline:
Within 7 days of the transaction

How to Request:
Email contact@onepackagetracking.shop with:

  • Name

  • Email used for payment

  • Transaction ID

  • Tracking number

Processing Time:
5–7 business days

Non-Refundable:

  • Successful tracking

  • Incorrect info entered

  • Late refund requests

    Note : Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not issued once tracking data is delivered.
